Throughout Summer 2025 and 2026, the Gastown BIS has worked to create car-free programming on Water Street. One of the title programs is the Gastown in Bloom Flower Market — of which Flower House has supported the BIS through vendor engagement and recruitment, activation design and execution, and follow up impact reporting.
